Tariq is the director and founder of Z.A.M Solutions and his role includes helping shape the firm’s strategy to meet the ever-changing needs of our clients, nurture and develop his staff to ensure that the firm continues to deliver the high standards our clients have become accustomed to.

Tariq Is a certified chartered accountant with 20 years of experience in a range of firms across the country.

He has guided owner-managed businesses through all stages of development, from start-up growth, through to crisis management and on to their ultimate sale or passing down to the next generation.

Tariq loves to develop strong and lasting relationships with clients and gain a deep understanding of their business to add value to their decisions. He has built an extensive network of connections, both within and beyond the firm.

Tariq likes to dedicate his free time to developing charities in the UK and working with the local community in his hometown in Pakistan, setting up a schools and facilitating the projects for building hospital. Through thick and thin he supports his boyhood football club Aston Villa, and likes a game of badminton and golf.
